Super service from start to finish. Amazing team, all so friendly and welcoming. From my first email to book lessons and gear, I knew we had chosen the right company. Shortly before we arrived, we had to make a few changes, Dianne was so efficient in every way. The locker service to store gear was super handy and staff had all sitting ready each morning for us.Our kids 12 & 10 had lessons with GoGo (faster) for 5 mornings and they had the best time with him, such a wonderful instructor. Both achieved their Diamond level medal, which they are so happy with.I had two private lessons, with Andrè and Flo, also two great instructors, so very patient with me. My mind likes to get the better of me, resulting in me getting super nervous.(Unlike my kids

Nous avons loué nos skis et chaussures pour quelques jours. Toute l’équipe est très agréable, à l’écoute et très pro. J’ai aussi pris des cours avec Andrea et c’était vraiment super. Il m’a permis de dominer ma peur et de progresser au-delà de mes espérances.Situé aux pieds des pistes, les locaux sont facilement accessibles.Je recommande vivement !

C'est en grande partie grâce à l'équipe Prosneige que nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Val d'Isère. Entre l'accueil chaleureux, la location de matériel efficace et attentionnée, les conseils avisés pour l'achat de chaussures, masques et casques, nous avons adoré nos passages (fréquents !) en boutique. Et bien sûr, la cerise sur le gâteau a été l'excellent formule pour des cours particuliers en famille, avec un moniteur très compétent, agréable et qui a su s'adapter aux ados. Nous recommandons sans réserve et, surtout, nous reviendrons !

Thanks to Rafael and the team our ski Holliday was ski in ski out and cozy as can be. We appreciate the friendly staff having our après ski boots ready after a long day and our skis freshly waxed and edged for the morning. We can’t reccomend this service enough. Don’t lugg your stuff around town. Let the experts take care of your gear, rent you some, or provide lessons / guidance. Even had time for a little apéro tougher. All around amazing experience. My wife and I recently hired our skis at Prosneige in Val d'Isere and we were extremely happy with their service. we decided to use Prosneige this year because of their close position to the slopes and their offer to locker our skis and boots. Not only was their service extremely good, they were incredibly helpful and professional. This was my 12 yr old son’s first ski trip and he attended ski school all week and had a private lesson.I cannot rate Prosneige highly enough - everyone was so friendly, amazing customer service and ski instruction, Louis felt part of the family and had so much fun.We will definitely book again!

Have tried many ski hire shops and ski schools at different resorts over the years, and I can say for certain that Prosneige is by far and away the best operation we have come across.The staff in the shop are excellent. Every morning Diane (and the other two lovely members of staff who's names I don't know) were so welcoming and would bring out my son's ski boots (that we hired) straight to him and take away his snow boots. His skis would be ready and waiting outside the shop. The ski locker service was a godsend with our chalet being over a ten minute walk away.The staff would also offer to help my son with putting his ski boots on and with polishing his goggles.My son had a course of (adult) lessons. Unfortunately there weren't enough people on the Sunday so we had to change to a private lesson on that day , but it was a good way to ease back into skiing after a year. And he also had another private lesson midweek. All instructors (Flo, Julien and Manu) were excellent- fun, friendly and informative. My son really felt he improved over the week compared to with other ski companies.He received a badge which we weren't expecting as it was an adult course, so it was a nice surprise. Although it was the same level badge as he received last year with ESF, he felt that he was such a better skiier than last year, which is great!We really hope to return to Val D'Isere and carry on with Prosneige.Thank you so much

Complete beginner to feeling confident after 2 private lessons with M (very French name female instructor that I won't try to spell!) who was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend Prosneige Val D'Isère. My group of friends had a great experience with them. We had a private ski lesson with Flo, who was excellent. We also used the ski and boot storage which was so convenient for getting straight onto and off the slopes. EXCELLENT!!!!We used Proneige’s locker service for the week to store our skis, ski boots and our own boots for the week as well as one of my friends getting some snow board lessons from there. The whole team were absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t recommend enough! Always a nice atmosphere in there whether it was the first thing in the morning or last thing in the evening and made us feel really at home in Val D’Isere. Would 100% use them again. Salut

Cela fait maintenant 3 ans que nous venons chez Proneige à Val d'Isère avec ma famille. Que ce soit l'école ou le shop tout est parfait. On y retrouve l'équipe chaque matin et chaque soir avec un grand sourire. Les enfants se régalent en cours de ski avec Nicolas, Tamara, Rémi ou Florian. Mon mari et moi profitons aussi de l'école de ski, grâce à Pascal et Frederico. Un sans-faute, une équipe très pro. Best ski school out there! I can't speak highly enough about Prosneige. This was my second week ever snowboarding. I had 2 days of private lessons at the beginning of my trip with Lolo and 1 day with Fede just before we departed. Both of them helped me gain so much confidence and make great technical improvements. My aim was to get down a red piste at the end of my trip, but Lolo taught me so well, that I achieved this goal on day 1. And at the end of my trip, I went down every black piste in the resort with Fede, including La Face. Besides being super professional, Lolo, Fede, Raph, Diane, and all other members of Prosneige are just wonderful humans. They support and encourage you every step of your learning journey and celebrate your successes with you at the end of each day. This experience has been so great that my partner and I have decided to return to Val d'Isere next year. Thank you again Team Prosneige and see you next year!

I returned to skiing after fourteen years away from the slopes after winning a holiday for two through YSE Ski Chalets who were supporting a member of the British Junior ski team.After reading various reviews my wife and I chose Prosneige In Val to get us back on the slopes and we were not disappointed. Prosneige limit the class sizes so that you get the individual attention that you pay for. This became immediately apparent on our first day and after a couple of runs our instructor GoGo made a call and Rafa the Owner of the Ski school appeared and said that we should be in a higher class and that he would ski with us for a couple of hours to get our ski legs back. We then made a rendezvous with the higher class. We became a class of four for the week under the watchful eye of Andreas who was a class act. Andreas instruction was always clear and he gave you one thing to work on at a time and over the week everyone's skiing made significant improvements. Andreas was able to communicate as effectively in English, French and Italian and his sense of humour always shone through. We had a terrific week in Val D' Isere and knew that we had made the right choice through Prosneige for our return to skiing. The only disappointment was that we had not done our ski hire etc through Prosneige. They offer ski hire and a proper boot fitting service at the shop and also a locker service meaning that you can walk to the shop in the morning and pick up your kit : no walking around in ski boots carrying skis etc. If you are heading to Val D'Isere and looking for lessons then look no further - all the five-star reviews here and on Trip advisor have been well and truly validated in our opinion. A bientot !

J'ai pris 2 cours d'une demi journée (un pour 4 et un pour 2 personnes). Pour les deux cours, les professeurs étaient geniaux : Patients, attentifs, et nous on poussés, lentement mais surement, en dehors de notre zone de comfort! Je recommande fortement et repasserais pas l'école si je reviens a Val d'isère.

We had Andrea for the day as a guide/ instructor and he was fantastic. The whole family loved him. It was my 19 yo daughter and I in the morning and then he took 6 teenagers between 16-20 for the afternoon and they had a great time plus picked up tips for their technique. Highly recommend.

Had Frank as an instructor & he was very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable, especially considering he was speaking in English as his 2nd language to our group of 3. He had all of us as complete beginners unable to even stand on skis at the start of the week able to do blue runs and parallel turn etc. by the end of 5 lessons. Diana at the store/front desk was absolutely lovely & beyond helpful, she made booking the sessions easy & honoured her word re a discount later on in the week and always greeted us with a smile. Instructors we had were excellent - explained well in English, safe and professional. Equipment rental was good and new. Staff at shop was very helpful too. Very near to village ski slope and we can just leave our skis and snowboards at the shop without lugging them home. Overall very good experience, can’t complain. Kids love the dog in the shop too.

Great choice of quality ski rental, and also excellent custom ski boot insole fitting service . But the reason I’d really recommend Prosneige is the customer service. Rafael, Matt and Diane were super helpful and knowledgeable- and even took time to recommend a ski itinerary to suit the snow conditions.

We went to Prosneige to hire some skis, Raph was incredibly helpful and sorted us out with all our gear really quickly so that we were able to get skiing as quick as possible. This is the best ski rental company in Val d'Isere!!!! It is right at the bottom of the mountain so it is the best located store. It is very reasonably priced - best pricing of the ski rentals companies there. Most importantly, it has the most incredible staff. The people who work there could not be more accommodating, helpful, sweet and FUN. They are the best people ever. They were the highlight of our ski trip. I could not recommend this store enough. IT IS THE BEST ski rental company in Val d'Isere. If you go here, you must rent from this store. You won't regret it. I LOVE THIS STORE SO MUCH.

Best ski rental place ever! Great location right at the bottom of the mountain, and they store you stuff so makes it easy to grab every morning before skiing. Staff was incredible--they gave us a great time and even stayed open for us when we were running late off the mountain. Highly highly recommend!!!!!

Best French authentic hospitality in all of Val d’ Isere. Location is great and they gave us the best recommendations for social events/ food as well as great insight to prime skiing. Great rental options at lower prices than everyone else. Rafa was amazing and set us up with all our ski gear and boots! He even got us to the front of the line at the biggest party for the weekend! Do not pass up on Prosneige!

We simply rented locker space. Turns out we could leave our shoes there during the day, and our ski equipment overnight. And every morning Rafael greeted us with a morning chocolate, and every evening with an (obviously) well earned grappa. And Rafael is a very affable and entertaining host. Would definitely rent the locker space again. But will obviously rent ski equipment from him when I'm next in Val d'Isere.

What an excellent find at the foot of the slope. Took all the hassle out of slugging skis up and down to the hotel and more importantly the service is just top notch- lovely people who will help with skis, lessons, boots, helmets - and who are a delight to meet at the start and the end of every day. Ils sont attentionnés , sympas , et très efficaces et professionnels.

We have been there for the new year holiday, and haven’t got any ski experience before. Cuz we are living in Hong KONG, Asia there is no winter time will get snowing.

It’s the first time we joined the Prosneign Bronze class for snowboard. We spend 6 morning for learning from the very professional & kindness Coach Barbara & Alexis there. Even I am the one didn’t get any idea to play with snowboard but finally I got to enjoy how to snowboarding. It’s wonderful experience been there.

I would highly recommend ppl to join this school when you be there.

After that week I love snowboard & will keep on this for my interests.

Je voulais des hero 130, allez savoir pourquoi ( surement les couleurs). Jérémy m’a fait mes hero.
Un shop équipé de matériel à la pointe, et surtout animé par une équipe de vrais pros.
Malgré mon obstination sur un modèle, Jérémy a pris le temps d’écouter mes besoins, et de me faire essayer autrechose, pour être sûr que la chaussure correspondait à mes attentes.
Une chose est certaine : vous ne prenez pas de risque en achetant votre matériel chez prosneige.

As a mature first time skier (or snow plougher) and a very nervous one at that, I have had the best week with the prosneige ski school . I started in a group of 10 beginners but as a slow learner (along with 3 others )the school accommodated us and found another tutor to allow us to progress at our pace without holding anyone back. As a result I have been challenged ( but not too much) and have found a confidence and love for a sport I never dreamt I would indulge in . I would happily recommend them to friends family and strangers....

She has neurological problems which create poor balance and skiing is difficult for her. And the private lessons I had were also very good. Andrea (the other one) took a lot of time to give me confidence to take the slope.

Top skischool! Onze dochter heeft fantastisch les gekregen. Zij is 3,5 jaar en heeft met de leraren Andrea en Tom super veel geleerd en dat met erg veel plezier! De eerste ervaring voor een kind is toch heel belangrijk, zij vindt het nu echt geweldig om te skiën! Andrea heeft veel geduld, maakt plezier en is een professional! Merci WENDY pour cette belle semaine, Lou-Ann (loulou caramel) est super contente de sa semaine de ski et de son ours blanc qu'elle a apporté ce matin à l'école pour montrer à sa maîtresse et aux copains. Nous avons pu constater des progrès considérables dès le début de la semaine , rien à voir avec la saison dernière où elle n'avait fait que du tapis et attendre son tour dans une autre école de ski et n'avait même pas obtenu sa médaille !
Avec vous elle est sortie sur les pistes très rapidement et se débrouille vachement bien. C'est TOP!

Votre accueil est super, vous êtes très gentils et attentionnés avec les petits, ne changez rien.

Stopping by to Thank you all for the amazing week our Son Rauri had in Ski School.
We have skied with other well known ski schools but i have to say Prosneige were just fantastic, the enthusiasm encouragement and professionalism , hard to beat. Please pass on our thanks to the instructors.

I snowboarded with Michael on private lessons, he too was encouraging, professional and a great tutor. I had great fun on the mountain and im looking forward to coming out again.

Everything from the booking process, enrolling Rauri on to the lunch time programme was seamless!

Les cours de ski collectifs l’école de ski à Val D’Isère :

En premier lieu, les cours collectifs. Ce sont des cours en groupe, nous les limitons à 6 personnes au sein de l’école de ski de Val D’Isere. D’ailleurs, ces effectifs réduits permettent un réel suivi par le moniteur et une progression très rapide.

Les cours privés de l’école de ski à Val D’Isère:

Ensuite, vous pouvez opter pour les cours privés. Vous réservez alors un moniteur pour vous seul ou bien votre famille. Le moniteur est à votre disposition. Ces leçons privées permettent un suivi personnel par un moniteur. Un des avantages majeur du cours privés, c’ est le point rendez vous à votre guise. Le moniteur de l’école de ski Val D’Isere vous retrouve sur le lieu de votre choix.

Horaires et tarifs des cours Prosneige Val d’Isère :

Les cours de ski ont lieu toute la semaine du dimanche au vendredi, vous avez le choix entre des cours de ski le matin ou bien les après-midi. Le matin les cours ont lieu de 9h à 12h et les après midi de 14h à 17h.

A l’école de ski Prosneige à Val D’Isère nous offrons de très nombreuses disciplines : bien sûr le ski et le snowboard mais aussi le ski de randonnée, le handiski ou bien le télémark, et bien plus encore. Vous pouvez aussi réserver un moniteur de ski afin de visiter l’espace killy , ou bien profiter d’un itinéraire hors-piste.
